Now Introducing - Carrasco Designs!

Greetings everyone :)

I am honored that you're here right now reading my first blog post on my first website as a graphic designer. Being able to channel through creativity is something that I have done for most of my life, but over these past few years, I've learned and grown so much as a person in general, but as artist as well.

I owe a lot of my experiences over the last 4 years to a friend of mine, whom I've been priveleged to work with in her many business ventures, but mainly her publishing company. I looked at graphic design through straws prior to aligning with her, not that I wasn't good, but it became clear from the start that while I could create - I didn't know much about branding and the consistency it takes to keep with that brand in all that you do to bring about the best in your business or ideas.

She allowed me to create and we would spend countless hours in revisions to turn my creations into her brand rather than my own. You see, I thought creating graphics was just that. And instead of marketing her brand, I was marketing my own (not even realizing it at the time). It's funny in hindsight but I can tell you; Nobody would have put up with me the way she did giving me the freedom to roam, and then providing necessary feedback to bring it all the way back to her brand.

I was able to take several training courses not only with her, but places like Udemy, Masterclass, and even my own self-taught methods of just digging into a program and figuring it out. While there is still so much out there to learn as there always will be, I feel like I am finally able to offer my services to all of you.

I just wanted to take a few moments to say thank you. Thank you for being here supporting me in my journey at its start. I am excited to find out what the future may bring! I am grateful for this experience and this life.
